Pricelist STANDARD RATE:

• Prepayment of 20% of your stay
• Cancellation from 5 days before arrival to the day of check-in or non-show 20% of the total stay is charged
• Early departure is charged 100%

Pricelist NON REFUNDABLE OFFER:

• Full prepayment at the time of booking.
• No free cancellation is allowed for these rates, special conditions apply. Due to the specialty of the rates, after completing the reservation no change and no cancellation will be accepted without 100% cancellation fees.

Limitation of Liability

In no event will Hyperion City Hotel or its representatives be liable for any loss of revenue or damages, direct and/or indirect, positive and/or negative, in any way connected with the use of the Site or the Online Store.

Applicable Law-Competence

Any dispute or dispute that may arise between the Hyperion City Hotel and the visitor/user in the context of the use of the Site and/or transaction by the Online Store, the applicable law is the Greek Law and the Chania Courts.
