How many types of rooms do you have in Hyperion?
There are seven types of rooms: Junior Street View, Street View, Pool view, Junior Sea View, Sea View, and our Suites.
Junior Street View, Junior Sea View, and Pool View rooms accommodate up to 2 persons.
Street View, Sea View, Junior Suite City View rooms up to 3 persons.
Suite Ocean View up to 4 persons.

What type of guests is Hyperion suitable for?
Hyperion City Hotel is suitable to the needs of both travelers who come to relax or explore Crete as well as business guests.

Is there parking?
We do have limited parking in the Hotel basement upon reservation with access from Agias Lavras 22 street.

Are we allowed to smoke in the hotel?
Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas of the hotel. Due to its eco-friendly character, Hyperion City Hotel is a 100% smoke-free hotel.

Are pets allowed in the hotel?
No, pets are not allowed in the Hotel.

Is there a concierge service? What about excursions?
Our 24-hour concierge team will answer and fulfill any questions or wishes you might have. Safari excursions, Cultural tours, wine & gastronomy experiences, Hiking, cycling & outdoor adventures, city tours & sightseeing, sailing, cooking lessons are all tailor-made just for you.

Is there a laundry service?
Just fill in the laundry list and bring your clothes to the reception desk. Within 48 hrs. you will have back your clothes tidy and clean.

What time are the check-in and check-out?
The Check-in time is 15:00 and the check-out is 12:00 For early arrival or late departure please contact our reception to see our options.

Is there a safe in each room?
Yes, there is a laptop-size safe in your room free of charge.

Do you have high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the hotel?
Yes, we offer high-speed WI-FI throughout the hotel free of charge.

Do you provide beach towels?
No, Hotel towels are not allowed to be taken outside of the property but we do provide towels for our Spa and of course for our swimming pool area.

What about Bathrobes and Slippers?
Yes, in your room you will find a Bathrobe and slippers.

Do you have Mini Bar in each room?
Yes, we do have and include a selection of refreshments, bottled water, bottled wine, and snacks all free of charge for your arrival!
